Week One - The Body
Getting out of your head and back into your body. We look at what your brain is currently holding, where stress and emotion live in the body, the thoughts running on repeat and whether they're actually true, and the parts of yourself you quietly stopped making time for.
Week Two - The Shift
Going a little deeper. We revisit what little you needed and didn't always get, the beliefs you've been carrying since childhood that aren't actually yours to keep, where you're making yourself smaller than you are, the woman you're becoming on the other side of this — and what she looks like.
