Brain Space is a two-week daily program delivered via an online portal with weekday email reminders to get in and do the work.

Every weekday for two weeks, you get a short love letter from me - real, honest, no fluff - plus a guided meditation on Insight Timer.

The whole thing takes twenty minutes - sometimes even less.

That's it.

No live calls you have to show up to.

No complicated modules.

No jargon.

Just ten days of giving your brain - and your body - a little bit of room to breathe.

You'll also have access to a private WhatsApp group where women in the program share what's coming up for them. You don't have to post anything. But I promise you — reading what other women write will make you feel less alone than you have in a long time.

And yes, I'll be in there too. Because I don't run programs from a distance.

Week One - The Body

Getting out of your head and back into your body. We look at what your brain is currently holding, where stress and emotion live in the body, the thoughts running on repeat and whether they're actually true, and the parts of yourself you quietly stopped making time for.

Week Two - The Shift

Going a little deeper. We revisit what little you needed and didn't always get, the beliefs you've been carrying since childhood that aren't actually yours to keep, where you're making yourself smaller than you are, the woman you're becoming on the other side of this — and what she looks like.
